Exhibitors Contract

The firm listed below requests exhibit space for the OMTA Conference to be held June 1-3, 2017 at the Tower Hotel, 3233 Northwest Expressway, OKC, Oklahoma, 73112.

E
xhibit hours are 8:00am-5:00pm on Friday, June 2, 2017, and 8:00am-4:00pm on Saturday, June 3, 2017.
Exhibit set-up time is Thursday, June 1, 2017, between 1:00pm and 5:30pm.
Exhibit take-down time is Saturday, June 3, 2017, between 4:00pm and 6:00pm. 

Each exhibitor must provide an easel and printed sign for displaying the name of the exhibiting firm if they so wish. Exhibits must be on the tables provided and/or free-standing display. Nothing may be attached to the walls. No food or beverage may be on sale or distributed from exhibits. Table locations will be assigned in the order of contract received. OMTA is not responsible for loss or damage to exhibits. The exhibits will be locked after hours. Contracts and payment in full must be postmarked or submitted online no later than 11:59pm on May 12, 2017. 

The fee is $100 for each skirted table.
