Written and aural theory tests are administered by the teacher prior to the March 15 due date.
Please note that tests are updated each year, and tests for the current year are typically available sometime in February. Teachers may administer tests anytime after the updated tests for the current year have been made available online, and all tests must be submitted for grading by March 15th.
SUBMITTING THEORY TESTS:
All theory tests must be postmarked or submitted via the online submission form no later than March 15th.
- Option 1: Mail/postmark tests by March 15th to Emma Gee, PO Box 8542, Edmond, OK 73083.
- Purchase 9X12 clasp envelopes for each student.
Print and staple appropriate test for each student.
Write each student’s name on page 1 and the outside of the envelope. - Option 2: Submit PDFs by March 15th via the E-Achievement Theory Test Submission Form. CLICK HERE
Note: Tests submitted digitally will be graded and returned digitally. - Please do NOT submit your theory tests to your District Chair. If you do, they WILL NOT be graded, and your student WILL NOT receive credit for having taken the test!
