The title of OMTA Fellow is a special honor awarded to individuals who have made significant contributions to the Oklahoma Music Teachers Association or have shown exceptional support for its mission. Each year, OMTA Fellows are celebrated during the State Conference Banquet, where their dedication and service are publicly recognized.
For a $150.00 contribution to OMTA, a local association or individual may honor an OMTA member or a friend of OMTA. Donors are encouraged to purchase a banquet ticket for the OMTA Fellow Awardee. Deadline April 1st.

To designate an OMTA Fellow, you must submit the following:
- Name of Fellow being honored
- Name of person briefly introducing the Fellow (with a short paragraph about Fellow accomplishments)
- Donation of $150 via credit card using the form below or check payable to “OMTA”, mailed to the OMTA Fellow Chair, Charlotte Dumesnil.
