District and State Achievement Auditions

W-9 Form(to fill out a W-9)
Adjudicator Agreement- ACHIEVEMENT AUDITIONS

Each spring, OMTA offers in-person and virtual achievement auditions for students in kindergarten through twelfth grade. These auditions are known as District Achievement Auditions and the State Achievement Auditions. The purpose of the Achievement Audition is to provide a non-competitive event to recognize and encourage individual achievement without comparison to, or contrast with, other students of similar age and length of study. Entrants perform one solo memorized composition with the opportunity to complete a theory test. District Achievement Auditions are in March and April. Theory test administration is in March.

Students become eligible for the State Achievement audition through participation in the District Achievement Auditions. Advancement to the State Achievement Audition is determined by District Achievement Audition rating and the fulfillment of other audition requirements. The State Achievement Audition is in May at the University of Oklahoma in Norman.

Fees: District Achievement $30.00 (includes Theory Exam) / State Achievement $30.00/ Theory Exam Only $5.00
